IndiSetu Kolkata 2026 proudly invites students, young researchers, innovators, and future healthcare leaders to participate in the Student Poster Competition, a flagship academic and innovation platform designed to identify, showcase, and celebrate original ideas that can shape the future of healthcare.

Suggested Broad Theme Categories

Participants may submit abstracts under any of the following broad themes:

• Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare
• Digital Health & Technological Innovation
• Social Media, Communication & Healthcare Awareness
• AI in Public Health & Community Medicine
• Future Healthcare Systems & Smart Medicine
• Medical Education & Technology Integration
• Telemedicine & Remote Healthcare Solutions
• Healthcare Data, Privacy & Ethics
• Innovation in Clinical Research & Patient Care

Interdisciplinary and innovative submissions are encouraged.

Eligibility & Submission Rules

• Open to students from all disciplines and academic backgrounds.
• Abstracts must represent original work.
• Review articles are not eligible.
• The presenting participant must be the Primary Author or one of the Co-authors.
• Registration for IndiSetu Kolkata 2026 is complimentary but mandatory for all participants.
• Only registered participants will be eligible for abstract review, poster display, award consideration, and certification.

Abstract Submission Requirements

Word Limit

• Maximum 350 words
• Abstracts exceeding the word limit will be excluded from review.

Mandatory Abstract Structure

1. Title
2. Names of Authors
3. Affiliations
4. Theme of Research / Type of Study
5. Background of the Study
6. Materials & Methods
7. Results
8. Conclusion
9. Keywords
Keywords should clearly reflect the core theme and focus of the research.

Competition Structure

Stage 1 – Abstract Submission
Participants submit their abstracts by the specified deadline.

Stage 2 – Virtual Abstract Presentation
All eligible abstracts will be invited for a virtual presentation before the Scientific Jury.

Presentation Dates: 4th – 6th July 2026

Presentation schedules and joining links will be shared with registered participants.

Virtual Presentation Format

• Presentation has to be in a form of Poster only
• 5 minutes Presentation
• 2 minutes Discussion & Questions
• Only .pptx will be allowed
• 16:9 screen aspect ratio

The Scientific Jury will evaluate the submissions based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, presentation skills, and potential impact.

Stage 3 – Jury Evaluation & Selection

The Scientific Jury will select the Top Three Posters based on:

• Scientific Merit
• Innovation & Originality
• Practical Healthcare Application
• Relevance to Conference Themes
• Presentation Quality
• Potential Future Impact

Stage 4 – Poster Display at IndiSetu Kolkata 2026

All submitted abstracts will be showcased as posters during IndiSetu Kolkata 2026. This will provide participants with visibility among healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, educators, industry leaders, innovators, and delegates attending the summit.

Poster Dimensions

• Size: 2 ft (Height) × 3 ft (Width)
• Orientation: Landscape (Horizontal)

Technical Specifications

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
• Recommended Resolution: 300–600 DPI
• Colour Mode: RGB or CMYK
• File Format: PDF
• Language: English

Poster Content Structure

Participants are encouraged to include:

• Poster Title
• Author Names
• Affiliations
• Background
• Objectives
• Methodology
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• Future Perspectives
• References (Optional)

Final Poster Submission

All participants whose abstracts are accepted for display must:

• Complete the official Poster Submission Form.
• Upload their final poster through the designated Google Form.
• Submit the final poster file by 3rd July 2026.

Important Note
Posters uploaded after 3rd July 2026 will not be eligible for display at IndiSetu Kolkata 2026.

Printing & Display

• All posters will be printed by the Organising Committee.
• Participants are not required to bring printed copies.
• Posters will be displayed at the summit venue.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject files that do not meet the prescribed technical specifications.

Awards & Recognition

The Scientific Jury will recognise outstanding submissions with the following awards:
Winner Award: ₹15,000
Jury Excellence Award: ₹10,000
Innovation Award: ₹10,000

Awardees will receive:

• Certificate of Excellence
• Recognition during the Valedictory Session
• Opportunity to showcase their work before a distinguished audience
• Registered Presenters will have to be physically present during the award ceremony

All accepted and displayed posters will receive:

• Official Participation Certificate
• Recognition as a Presenter at IndiSetu Kolkata 2026
• Registered Presenters can collect their certificates from Registration Counters physically during the event

Mandatory Registration

Please note that registration for IndiSetu Kolkata 2026 is complimentary but mandatory for all presenting authors.

All presenting authors must complete their registration on or before 30th June 2026. Failure to complete registration by the deadline will result in the abstract being excluded from the evaluation process, irrespective of its acceptance status.
