Abstract Submission Requirements

• Word Limit: 350 words maximum (introduction, methodology, results, conclusion)
• Exceeding the maximum word limit would lead to immediate exclusion.

• Affiliations
• Theme of research, type of study
• Background of the Study
• Materials & Methods
• Results
• Conclusion
• Keywords (specific words or phrases to capture the main theme of the research)

Eligibility & Submission Rules

• Open to all students from all fields.
• Original work only
• Review articles are not eligible
• Presenting participant must be the Primary Author or one of the Co-authors
• Registration is complimentary but mandatory for all abstract submitters

Preliminary Virtual Presentation Format

• Approximately 5 presentations per day
• 5 minutes presentation
• 2 minutes Q&A

Format:

• Only .pptx will be allowed
• 16:9 screen aspect ratio
• Slide design shall be provided in a future email communication

• 7 minutes for presentation (Warning bell at 6 minutes; screen will freeze at 7 minutes)

Poster Requirements

• Font: Calibri
• Size of poster: 1080 x 1920 px

Additional Instructions:

• Personal laptops will not be allowed
• Presentation material must be handed over to the preview desk at least 2 hours before presentation
• Provision for reviewing the presentation shall be available till half an hour before presentation at the preview desk
• Screening of the abstracts will be done by expert panel, out of which only certain number of abstracts will get into the preliminary round. Participants only get a certificate on reaching this round, plus complimentary registration. Otherwise, just a certification of participation is provided for submission of abstract.
• Also it is mandatory for the participant to mention the institution they belong to.
